Renowned gospel musician, Nana Osei, popularly known as Nacee, graced the final rally of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the lead-up to the December 7 elections.
The event, which took place at the Zurak Park in Madina on December 5, saw Nacee thrilling the crowd with some of his hit songs.
Known for his Midas Touch when it comes to political campaign songs, Nacee has written and produced several songs for the NDC in the past. Some of his well-known compositions include ‘E Dey Be, ‘Onaapo’, ‘Mahama Okada’, and the NDC victory song.
In preparation for the 2024 elections, he has also penned tracks like ‘24hr Economy’ and ‘Kwen Kwen’ for the opposition party.
The highlight of his performance at the rally was when he sang ‘Kwen Kwen’, a song that resonated with the audience as they enthusiastically joined in singing the chorus even after the performance ended.
Nacee is not the only creative arts personality who has thrown their support behind the NDC for the upcoming elections. Other notable figures like Big Akwes, Christiana Awuni, Mercy Asiedu, Jack Alolome, and Kofi Okyere Darko have also publicly endorsed the NDC.
