L’AINE HR, Ghana’s leading human resources company, kicked off its 30th-anniversary celebrations with a memorable Staff Sports Day at the JMJ Sports Complex in Sakumono.
The event saw staff and outsourced employees from all over the country coming together to mark the company’s milestone of “30 Years of Reinventing HR in Ghana.”
Established in 1994, L’AINE HR has been a trailblazer in transforming human resource practices in Ghana, with a legacy built on innovation, resilience, and a dedication to empowering businesses and individuals for sustainable success.
The Sports Day event was a reflection of this legacy, fostering team spirit while commemorating three decades of progress and impact.
Managing Director, Mr. James Laar, shared a message of pride and gratitude with attendees, stating, “Our 30th-anniversary celebration is a reflection of the principles and individuals that have shaped our company.
As Ghana’s first HR company, we have led with innovation, adapted with resilience, and remained dedicated to transforming HR practices across various industries. Today, we honor that legacy and renew our commitment to a future of continued excellence.”
The day’s activities showcased L’AINE HR’s core values of Integrity, Dedication, Responsiveness, Customer Satisfaction, and Teamwork. Teams representing these values competed in various events such as sack races, lime-and-spoon relays, and a football tournament.
The Outdoor Games Zone provided a fun twist, featuring games like Ludo and Scrabble, combining relaxation with friendly competition.
Blue Circle, representing Integrity, emerged as the overall champion after a spirited competition, followed closely by Red (Dedication), Green (Responsiveness), Yellow (Customer Satisfaction), and Purple (Teamwork).
Mr. Laar highlighted the crucial role of the company’s employees in its success, stating, “Our achievements over the past 30 years are a testament to the incredible efforts of our staff and outsourced employees.
