Joy FM 90s Jam gives patrons pleasant treat at 2025 edition

Music lovers in Accra were transported back in time as they relived the 90s era at Joy FM’s 90s Jam held at Pleasant Gardens on January 3, 2025.

The event saw a massive turnout of enthusiastic patrons who were treated to a blend of nostalgic 90s music ranging from Ghanaian highlife, hiplife, hip hop, funk, R&B, reggae, dancehall, and even a touch of gospel.

The stage was graced by iconic Ghanaian musicians such as VIP, KK Fosu, Reggie Rockstone, Akyeame, Buk Bak, Obrafuor, Tic Tac, Lord Kenya, and many others who dominated the music scene in the 90s.

The audience also grooved to the tunes of American music legends like Tupac Shakur, Naughty By Nature, Notorious BIG, Sisqo, MC Lyte, Shaba Ranks, and Snoop Dogg, whose tracks were anthems of the 90s.

The event was lit up by the energetic performances of DJs Black, Andy Dosty, Nii Ayi Tagoe, and Iggy, who kept the crowd in a nostalgic frenzy. Hosts Kofi Hayford, Lexis Bill, KMJ, and Merqury Quaye added to the excitement, ensuring that the party vibe never waned.

The lush and inviting ambiance of Pleasant Gardens, along with the cabana reservations, provided a unique and unforgettable experience for attendees of the 2025 Joy FM 90s Jam.
