Gospel star Minister Ike bags two nominations at 2025 VOGMA Awards in Alabama

Canadian-based Ghanaian Gospel musician, Minister Ike, has received two prestigious nominations at the 2025 Voices Of Gospel Music Awards (VOGMA) in Alabama, United States.

The event, which aims to celebrate and honor the independent gospel music industry, has recognized Minister Ike in the VOGMA International Male Artiste Of The Year and VOGMA International Artiste Of The Year categories.

Minister Ike gained widespread acclaim with his hit song ‘Onyme Gya’ in 2015, which was the title track of his second album. This song propelled him to win over 15 international awards as a Canada-based Ghanaian Gospel artist.

Now, Minister Ike has returned with a new single titled ‘IKEMMUO,’ which translates to “God Of Power” in Igbo, a Nigerian language with a strong presence in Ghana. The artist is excited to share this new track with his fans and showcase his musical talent once again.

Official VOGMA voting for the 2025 awards will commence on January 15, 2025, and run until February 20, 2025. The winners will be revealed at the 10th Annual Voices of Gospel Music Awards on May 30 and 31 in Alabama.
