Jahbeloved, a talented Ghanaian reggae musician, has taken a bold step to rally his fellow musicians in the industry to create a song promoting peace and unity ahead of Ghana’s 2024 elections.

The all-star song, titled “Stand For Peace,” features 14 Ghanaian Reggae Dancehall artists coming together to spread a message of peace, patriotism, and fairness as the country gears up for the crucial election.

The collaboration includes artists such as 7 Fireside, Kente, Knii Lante, Osagyefo, XLNC Fiifi Selah, Ruki, Alaptawan, Kwame Partan, Oko Lacy, Fantiman Joujou, Kojo Kombolo, Topgyal Renner, and Aklerh.

These musicians have joined forces under Jahbeloved’s leadership to use their platform and music as a tool to advocate for peace and national unity during this critical period.

Jahbeloved emphasized that the song aims to serve as a reminder to political parties and leaders to prioritize the well-being of the nation above all else. He urged everyone involved in the upcoming elections to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds peace, fairness, and integrity throughout the electoral process.

Addressing the youth of Ghana, Jahbeloved urged them to be vigilant and protect the country’s interests, cautioning against being manipulated by individuals with selfish motives. The message of the song is clear – to inspire a sense of responsibility and patriotism among all citizens as they exercise their democratic right to vote.

Produced by Kormantse Muziki, the team behind the renowned “Where Di Money Riddim” project in Ghana, the song features exceptional instrumentation by Fantiman Joujou, live drums by Frank Nana Yaw Godswill, and live bass by Felix Tettey Amankwah.

The accompanying music video, a collaborative effort featuring footage from each artist on the track, was skillfully edited by Kwizz Konseptz at the studios of Imperial Media Concepts in Texas, USA.

“Stand For Peace” is not only a song for Election 2024 but a timeless anthem advocating for peace and unity in every future election.
