Alan takes youth empowerment to new heights with electrifying youth musical concert.

The Legon City Mall was the place to be on Saturday, November 23, 2024, as thousands of young people gathered for the Afrafranto All-Star Youth Concert.

Organized by the Movement for Change and the Afrafranto Alliance, led by Alan Kyerematen and his running mate Kwame Owusu Danso (KOD), the event was a fusion of top-notch entertainment and a powerful message of change.

The evening was filled with electrifying performances from artists such as Medikal, Bisa K’dei, Wendy Shay, Sydney, Jay Bahd, Sista Afia, Tinny, YPee, and other talented underground musicians. DJs Toyor, Lord, and Shiwaawa kept the crowd energized throughout the night.

In an exclusive interview at the event, Alan Kyerematen revealed his vision for Ghana’s creative industry, unveiling the Creative Arts Development Fund (CADF) as a key component of his 10-Point Plan for Youth Empowerment.

He emphasized the importance of nurturing young talent and positioning the creative arts as a driver of economic growth and job creation.

The announcement of the CADF struck a chord with attendees, who expressed optimism about the opportunities it could bring.

Many young people were inspired by the performances and the leaders’ messages, with some openly endorsing Alan Kyerematen as their preferred candidate. Medikal, in particular, voiced his support for Alan, citing his dedication to empowering the youth.

KOD, who shared the stage with Tinny, shared an encouraging message of hope, highlighting the transformative impact the CADF could have on the lives of young creatives.

The event showcased the Movement for Change’s innovative approach to youth engagement, combining entertainment with meaningful policy discussions.

As the concert came to a close, the youth in attendance were filled with a sense of hope and optimism.

They believe that under Alan Kyerematen’s leadership and his Great Transformational Plan, their dreams and aspirations can become a reality.
