The highly anticipated grand finale of the 2024 Miss Tourism Ghana beauty pageant took place at the prestigious National Theatre in Accra on Friday, September 20.
The event showcased the beauty and talent of eight contestants from different regions across Ghana who vied for the coveted title.
Among the lineup of talented contestants were Ese (Agbolosu Mawuse Abla) representing the Eastern Region, Elvi (Emmanuella Owusuaa Wiredu) from the Volta Region, Nana (Lawrencia Ama Yeboah) representing the Savannah Region, Dzifa (Deborah Dzifa Amezah) from the Greater Accra Region, Rica (Akoto Erica) representing the Ahafo Region, Ama (Gloria Kwarteng) from the Northern Region, Akua (Portia Mensah) representing the Upper East Region, and Kiss (Stephanie Owiredua Kissi) from the Western Region.
The event was not only a platform to showcase the beauty and grace of the contestants but also a celebration of Ghana’s rich tourism heritage and diverse cultural landscape. After a thrilling competition, Akua was crowned the winner amidst cheers and applause from the audience.
