Achimota Retail Centre kicks off 2025 with exciting offers and new tenant

Achimota Retail Centre (ARC) is starting off the new year with a bang, offering customers an unforgettable experience with a grand sidewalk sale and introducing Melcom as an anchor tenant to enhance shopping options and variety.

Since January 23, shoppers at ARC have been enjoying unbeatable deals and discounts from various stores, which will continue until the end of January.

Starlite, a popular electronics and accessories outlet, is offering a 5% discount on Samsung TVs, tablets, and home appliances. Telefonika has slashed prices on iPhone cases, car chargers, and other phone accessories by 5% to 10%.

Life Healthcare, the health and wellness store, is providing a 60% discount on all lab consultations and offering free BP and weight checks.

MV Accessories has reduced prices on bags and slippers, while ARA, the play hub for children, is offering a 10% discount on toys, school bags, and books. Divine Organic Hub has cut prices on teas, seeds, nuts, and protein powders by 50%.

Adding to the excitement is the entry of Ghana’s retail giant, Melcom, as an anchor tenant at ARC. Following a soft opening on January 22, Melcom is now located on the east wing near the food Pavilion, offering a wide range of consumer merchandise in various categories such as groceries, home décor, furniture, kitchenware, electronics, toys, and more.

To celebrate its arrival, Melcom offered a 20% discount on all purchases from January 24 to 26, 2025, providing customers with a richer shopping experience.

The Centre Manager, Alice Esi Coleman, expressed her excitement about the start of the year, encouraging stores to offer incredible discounts during the sidewalk sale.

Located at Dome, off the Accra-Nsawam highway, Achimota Retail Centre serves a large cluster of communities in the Ga East Municipality.

Over the past nine years, the mall has brought modern, convenient, and safe one-stop shopping to residents in the southeastern quarter of Accra, including Kwabenya and Ashongman Estates, Tantra Hills, Ofankor, Dome, and Achimota township.
