In a recent TikTok video, Afia Schwarzenegger was criticized by Florence for disrespecting Shatta Wale’s mother, highlighting the challenges she faced before Florence’s family took on her care.

Florence described instances of Shatta’s mother waking up at night searching for her son and facing mental breakdowns.

This situation has ignited widespread social media discussion, with criticism directed at Shatta Wale for alleged neglect of family responsibilities.

Florence stated, “This will be my final video regarding Shatta Wale’s mother’s condition. She has been enduring psychological trauma, desperately trying to reach her son without success.”

She continued, “Her condition deteriorated. She would wake up in the middle of the night asking for her son Junior, crying out for him.

She has suffered mental breakdowns and repeatedly mentioned thoughts of suicide, which initially we thought might be emotional blackmail.”

Before Florence’s family took her in, Shatta Wale’s mother lived in the village enduring taunts and mockery.

Her niece intervened, bringing her to Accra and ensuring she received medical care. Despite treatment, she still requires psychological support.

Florence added, “She insisted on speaking out, threatening suicide if we stopped her, which is why she came forward with her story.”
