Controversial Ghanaian Dancehall/Reggae artiste Shatta Wale has once again stirred up controversy with his recent Facebook Live session on April 15, 2024.

During the session, he issued a stern warning to his supporters, urging them to disregard entertainment programs that he claims are conspiring against him.

Shatta Wale expressed his concerns about what he believes to be a deliberate effort to tarnish his reputation due to his decision to distance himself from the music industry. He accused certain entities of spreading false news about him, including allegations of disrespect and frequent insults, as part of a plan to shame him.

In a bold statement, Shatta Wale declared, “Don’t pay attention to any entertainment program; they have ganged up to sabotage me. Just because I said I don’t want to be part of the industry, they have planned to shame me by spreading news that I don’t respect and that I insult a lot. They don’t have money, which is why they are lying.”

The musician advised his fans to stop tuning in to these entertainment programs, warning that doing so could hinder their personal growth. He urged them to focus on building a life for themselves instead of consuming negative media.

Furthermore, Shatta Wale invited his supporters to connect with him directly on social media for unfiltered updates, encouraging them to bypass traditional media platforms. He announced, “Throw your radio and TV away; the world is open now. If you want to listen to me, come on my social media. I will come on live and talk to you.”

This incident is just the latest in a series of conflicts between Shatta Wale and media personalities. In 2023, the artiste engaged in heated disputes with pundits from the popular UTV show, United Showbiz, with accusations of spreading false narratives and attempting to sabotage his brand being at the center of the confrontations.
