Renowned Ghanaian media personality P Fresh, who is based in Germany, has shared some valuable advice for President-elect John Dramani Mahama following his victory in the 2024 presidential election.

After the Electoral Commission officially declared Mahama the winner on Monday, December 9, P Fresh urged the newly-elected president to steer clear of engaging in blame games and instead focus on delivering real change and improvements in the lives of citizens.

With Mahama securing 6,328,397 votes, which translates to 56.55% of the valid votes cast, surpassing his closest rival Dr Mahamudu Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), who attained 4,657,304 votes representing 41.61%, P Fresh emphasized the importance of taking responsibility and addressing the challenges facing the country.

P Fresh emphasized the power of social media in holding leaders accountable, stating, “Because of social media, you can’t lie to the people… So from the day you assume office is the time you sit up and strategize.”

He further added, “Once again, what Ghanaians don’t want is blame games… They know the NPP couldn’t deliver, that is why they voted you into power… Ghanaians believed in you. So as the new government, come and fix the problems of the citizens without blaming anybody.”

Known in real life as Henry Ankama Ennin, P Fresh is the CEO of Fresh Online Radio in Germany and is recognized for his efforts in promoting Ghana’s image internationally.
