Popular Ghanaian actress, Akuapem Poloo, has made it clear that she will never consider undergoing cosmetic surgery.
During an interview on Accra 100.5 FM’s Ayekoo Ayekoo with Nana Romeo, the actress firmly stated, “Never in my life. Then God should kill me, which he won’t,” in response to a listener’s question.
Despite not condemning those who choose to undergo such procedures, Akuapem Poloo emphasized her personal stance by saying, “Tattoos and that body enhancement procedure – God forbid – I will never do it,” while snapping her fingers for emphasis. She further added that not even her husband could convince her otherwise.
Known professionally as Akuapem Poloo, Haniya Rosemond Alade Brown expressed her confidence in her natural appearance, stating, “Do you know the number of people who envy me for my buttocks? This flat tummy, they wish they had it. So, please, I love my body. I love everything God has given me.”
The social media star also took a stand against skin bleaching, attributing her complexion to heredity, inherited from her mother.
