Kanye West’s website goes down after Nazi T-shirt sales

Kanye West’s Yeezy fashion brand faced backlash on Tuesday after it started selling plain white T-shirts with a swastika symbol on its website. The website was taken offline, displaying a message that read “Something went wrong” and “This store is unavailable.”

The controversy arose after a commercial featuring Kanye West, now known as Ye, aired in Southern California during the Super Bowl. In the ad, Kanye was seen sitting in a dentist’s chair, showing off diamond-encrusted dentures, and mentioning that he had spent all the money on his new teeth. He directed viewers to visit the yeezy.com website.

Initially, the website had a variety of fashion items available for purchase, but it quickly changed to only offer a white T-shirt with a large black swastika on the front for $20. This move sparked outrage and led to the website being taken offline.

Furthermore, a former employee filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against Kanye West, alleging that he had referred to himself as a “Nazi” and compared himself to Adolf Hitler. This incident added fuel to the fire of controversy surrounding Kanye’s recent actions and statements.

It is not the first time Kanye West has faced scrutiny for his provocative behavior and inflammatory remarks. He has previously been banned from social media platforms for violating rules and has been involved in several controversies.
