She highlighted that initially, the term was associated with individuals who had a strong sense of style, which resonated with her own passion for dressing impeccably and enjoying a lavish lifestyle.
“I can confidently say I am a slay queen because I have a taste for the good life,” Salma stated.
“In the beginning, it was about people who could dress well that we referred to as slay queens. However, the meaning has evolved to describe girls who engage in promiscuous activities. But I cannot give up on looking good.”
