Ghanaian dancer and former member of Dance With Purpose (DWP) Academy, Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah, also known as Afronitaa, recently opened up about her experience after leaving the academy.

In an interview on Joy Prime’s 4Kids Paradise, Afronitaa shared that it was a difficult decision to depart from DWP, but she believed it was God’s plan for her to explore new opportunities.

Despite feeling unhappy about the decision, Afronitaa expressed her faith in God’s direction for her life. She officially left DWP Academy in January, a decision that was confirmed by the team in a press statement.

Afronitaa joined DWP in 2018 at the age of 14 and made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her exceptional dancing skills.

A month after her departure, Afronitaa, alongside TV3 Talented Kids winner Abigail, made history as the first Ghanaian dancers to perform on Britain’s Got Talent.

Their performance was well-received by Ghanaians, who applauded them for opening doors for future talents in the dance and entertainment industry in Ghana.

Currently, Afronitaa is focused on fulfilling her dreams by preparing to launch her own dance academy for children, called Afrostar Kids Academy.

The academy is scheduled to open on April 14, and parents who are interested in enrolling their children are encouraged to do so.
