Ghanaian musician, Fancy Gadam, has accused the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO) of taking artists for granted.

The popular artist expressed his frustrations with the organization, claiming that they are not adequately representing the interests of musicians in the country.

Gadam, who is known for his hit songs and energetic performances, believes that GHAMRO should do more to ensure that artists are fairly compensated for their work.

He pointed out that many musicians rely on their music to make a living and it is essential for organizations like GHAMRO to protect their rights.

The musician’s comments come at a time when the music industry in Ghana is facing numerous challenges, including issues of copyright infringement and lack of proper compensation for artists.

Gadam believes that GHAMRO should be at the forefront of advocating for the rights of musicians and ensuring that they are treated fairly.

While GHAMRO has made efforts to collect royalties on behalf of artists, Gadam insists that more needs to be done to address the systemic issues that are affecting musicians in Ghana.

He called on the organization to be more transparent in its operations and to listen to the concerns of artists.
