Former Zylofon Music signee, Joyce Blessing, has opened up about how she utilized the money she received from the record label deal. In an interview with Andy Dosty, Joyce revealed that she used the money to build a music recording studio.
“I built a studio with that money,” she shared. However, Joyce admitted that she currently does not use the facility, although she did not disclose the reasons behind it.
Apart from investing in a studio, Joyce also revealed that she directed some of the Zylofon money towards her own career. “There are a lot of things I also did with the money. It was positive, and then I pumped a lot of them into my career. It was good,” she explained.
Joyce Blessing was signed to Zylofon Music in June 2017 for a four-year contract. During her time at the label, she was associated with artists like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Kumi Guitar, and Obibini.
Known for hits like ‘Heavy Price,’ ‘Mensei Da,’ ‘Nyame Aguama,’ ‘Agyebum, ‘Boot 4 Boot’, and ‘Victory’, Joyce Blessing is currently promoting a new song titled ‘Correct’, featuring King Paluta.
