Renowned Ghanaian preacher, Bishop Salifu Amoako, has publicly apologized to the families of two young girls who tragically lost their lives in a fatal accident in East Legon, Accra, on October 12, 2024.
The accident involved his son, Elrad Salifu Amoako, who was reportedly driving at the time of the incident.
In a heartfelt gesture, Bishop Amoako was seen kneeling and expressing deep sorrow and regret for the heartbreaking loss the families had endured.
He apologized, saying, “To the families who have lost their children in the accident, I, Salifu Amoako, I want to apologize. I pray God consoles you and gives you comfort.”
He also pleaded with the entire country, pastors in Ghana, and people all over the world to help him appeal to the family for forgiveness. Bishop Amoako expressed his inability to comprehend the situation, stating, “I have been crying since the issue happened and now I don’t have the strength to cry anymore.”
He concluded by asking for forgiveness and offering prayers for God to console the grieving families during this difficult time. The emotional apology was captured in a video that circulated online.
