Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing new allegations of rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault after several fresh lawsuits were filed on Monday in New York federal court.

The lawsuits, filed by two women and four men, span from 1995 to 2021 and include claims of assaults that allegedly occurred at Diddy’s parties, attended by major celebrities and music artists.

One of the accusers, who was 16 at the time, described attending one of Diddy’s parties in the Hamptons in 1998 and being requested to undress by the rapper during a private conversation.

The lawsuit includes a photo of the pair at the party with the teen’s face blurred out, alleging that Diddy told him it was a “rite of passage” to become a star.

Another lawsuit filed on Monday includes allegations by a woman who claims Diddy raped her in a hotel room in 2004 when she was a 19-year-old college student.

According to the lawsuit, the woman met Diddy at a photoshoot, and he invited her and a friend to a private party at his hotel, where he allegedly assaulted her despite her repeated requests to stop.

The accusers are represented by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, who stated that he is representing more than 100 people planning to sue Diddy for sexual assault, rape, and sexual exploitation.

Some of the alleged victims include children, and the lawsuits are being brought under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, allowing victims to file older claims.

Diddy and his legal team have not responded to the latest allegations. These lawsuits add to the more than a dozen filed against Diddy recently, accusing him of assaults, rape, and sexual extortion.

He is currently facing federal criminal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, with a trial tentatively scheduled to begin on 5 May 2025.

Despite requests for bail, a New York federal judge denied Diddy’s release, citing him as a “serious flight risk.” He has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest on 16 September, with his lawyers arguing against the jail’s conditions.
