South African rapper Shebeshxt is currently mourning the tragic loss of his nine-year-old daughter following a fatal car crash.
The rapper, known for his hit song Ke Di Shxt Malume, expressed his grief and heartbreak in a post on social media, stating that his life would never be the same without his daughter.
The accident occurred as Shebeshxt was traveling with three other passengers to perform at the African National Congress (ANC) Siyanqoba Rally celebration concert in the northern Limpopo province.
Their car collided with a heavy motor vehicle, resulting in a fatal crash that claimed the life of his daughter and left him with serious injuries, including the loss of his foot.
Messages of condolences and support have been flooding in from fans and the music community, with the Limpopo Artists Movement (LAM) offering their solidarity and comfort to Shebeshxt during this difficult time.
Videos of the crash have been circulating online, showing the rapper receiving medical attention at the scene.
Tidimalo Chuene, the spokesperson for the transport department in Limpopo, has stated that the cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
This is not the first time Shebeshxt has been involved in a car accident, as he was also in a crash earlier this year that resulted in his car being written off.
Despite his rising popularity in the music industry in South Africa, Shebeshxt has faced controversy in the past.
A video of him brandishing a gun during a performance went viral on social media earlier this year, adding to his controversial image.
