Ghanaian media personality Abena Korkor recently opened up about her struggles with depression, revealing that she was bedridden for an entire year.
In a heartfelt interview with KSM, Abena Korkor shared how she withdrew from social activities and relied solely on her mother for support during this challenging period.
Despite her outgoing personality and love for socializing, Abena Korkor found herself confined to her bed, surviving on only tampico and cutting off contact with friends and acquaintances, including well-known figures like Clemento Suarez and Pulse.
She explained, “One of the most difficult moments in my life was when I was bedridden for a whole year. As someone who enjoys going out and being around people, it was a stark contrast to be stuck in bed, only drinking tampico.
I isolated myself from everyone, even close friends like Clemento Suarez, Pulse, and even KSM. I was battling depression and didn’t want anyone around me except for my mother.”
