Ghana Specialty: “Okro” Soup

Ingredients:

Meat Seasoning:
1/4 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Ultimate Umami seasoning
1/2 tsp Powdered Beef Stock
1/2 tsp Moringa powder

Soup:
2.13 lbs of meat (with bones) – Lamb, Beef, Pork, whatever
2 cups Okra sliced thin
3 cups Spinach
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
3 Blue Crabs boiled and halved
1 Mackerel cooked and de-boned
1/2 cup Palm oil
2/3 cup Tomato sauce
2 Small Tomatoes
1 Shrimp Magi bullion cube
2 Habenero peppers
1/2 Onion chopped
1 Garlic Clove
Salt to taste
