Nii Okai to save lives with album launch – Starr Fm


Gospel musician, Nii Okai, is set to launch his 6th album dubbed “YESU HI” at age 40.

The CEO of Nii Okai Saving Hearts Foundation (NOSHF) said proceeds from the album launch will support his foundation’s plans to fund the surgery of 40 Hole in Heart patients.

The surgery which will be at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital will focus on persons living in the northern sector of Ghana.

Heritage Bank is supporting the project.

Speaking to Starr News, the ‘MOKOBE’ hit maker called on more corporate institutions to aid his foundation to save lives.

He also added his voice to several calls for government to establish a cardiothoracic center in Kumasi.

“This will aid support the Northern sector of the country. We can’t always rely on foreigners, we have to support each other to make this dream of mine come true.”

He expressed gratitude to the National Cardiothoracic Center and the Ghana Heart Foundation for their role in reducing heart related conditions in Ghana.

Some of the Artists who are billed to grace the album launch include; Uncle Ato, Joe Mettle, Eugene Zutta, Kwasi Oteng.
