NDC and NPP are fighting over Ebony - Both parties claim she was their member [Photos+Video]

As ridiculous as it sounds, the two major political parties in Ghana, NPP, and NDC are fighting over which party the late Ebony Reigns belonged to before she died.

It’s obvious no additional vote will be obtained by whoever emerges victorious yet that has not stop NDC and NPP from fighting over which party the late sensational Afro diva belonged to before she passed.

It all begun when the ruling NPP Minister of Communication, Mrs. Ursula Owusu Ekuful stated at the One Week memorial service of late Ebony Reigns born Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng that she has lost one vote because the late singer was from her constituency.

A week after that statement was made, the during a Unity March in Somanya with former President John Mahama, the opposition NDC debunk that statement revealing that not only was Ebony a strong member of their party, her father Nana Opoku Kwarteng is equally a member of good standing in the party.

NDC Members at the Somanya Unity March

“Ebony is an NDC member that’s why we’re wearing her T-Shirt, her family is known to be members of the NDC. What we’re saying is not a rumor, we have facts to prove our claims.”

“I have a picture she took with her dad in their room which showed a big umbrella and a big flag. There’s no way Ebony would have missed this march if she were to be alive, but we’re still mourning her,” He added.
