One notable hit by Keith, “Red Solo Cup,” was released off his 2011 album “Clancy’s Tavern.” The song was initiated by Jim and Brett Beavers in collaboration with Brett and Brad Warren. The unlikely hit became a fan favorite.

The song glorifies the red solo cup as an essential item for “barbecues, tailgates, fairs, and festivals.” Keith had previously mentioned that the song was the “stupidest song” he ever heard, but the absurdity made it good.

There has been an outpouring of tributes for Keith across social media following his death, with many fans and fellow artists using the hashtag #redsolocup to pay tribute to the singer and American patriot.
