Ghana’s Black Queens have started reporting to camp ahead of their Olympic Games qualifier against Zambia. The match is part of their quest for a first Olympic Games appearance.

Nora Hauptle, who has won 10 out of 11 games since taking over as head coach, faces her first real test against Zambia. Some players have already arrived at the team’s base, including Jennifer Cudjoe, Evelyn Badu, and Doris Boaduwaa.

Charlton Athletic Women midfielder Freda Ayisi is set to join the Black Queens for her first-ever assignment with the national team after her league game was called off.
