Joining Brighton good for my development – Ghana’s Ibrahim Osman

Young Ghanaian talent, Ibrahim Osman, has expressed his excitement at signing with English Premier League team, Brighton and Hove Albion, stating that he believes this move will be beneficial for his growth as a player.

The 19-year-old midfielder has secured a long term deal with Brighton and will make the switch from FC Nordsjaelland in Denmark at the end of the current season.

Osman, who is a product of the Right to Dream Academy, was also being pursued by West Ham United in the Premier League, with a potential move falling through in the January transfer window.

In a recent interview, Osman praised Brighton for their style of play and their track record of nurturing young talents.

“Brighton made the offer, I really like their style of play,” he told Danish outlet, Bold.

“If you watch their history with the young players, they are also a selling club. I think for my development, that’s a better thing for me.”

Since making his debut for Nordsjaelland in February 2023, Ibrahim Osman has appeared in 40 matches, scoring four goals and providing 5 assists.
