In efforts to improve access to education for children in the Yendi Municipality, Alhaji Osman Musah, CEO of Insaan Company Limited, has unveiled a state-of-the-art facility for Faisalia Islamic Arabic School, his alma mater.

The facility, which includes an Information and Communication Technology Centre, library, teachers staff common room, and a headmaster’s office, is designed to enhance teaching and learning at the school.

It is estimated that more than 400 students in the Yendi Municipality and surrounding areas will directly benefit from this initiative. This generous act is part of Alhaji Musah’s philanthropic efforts to contribute to the development of his hometown, Yendi.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency in Accra, Alhaji Musah emphasized that the gesture is a reflection of his company’s Corporate Social Responsibility and his personal commitment to improving educational standards in a meaningful and sustainable way.

He further urged both the teachers and students of the school to uphold a culture of maintenance to preserve the new facility.

Mr. Alidu Ahmed Arimiyaw, the Headmaster of the school, expressed gratitude to Alhaji Musah for the significant contribution. He noted that the new facility will serve as a motivation for students to achieve excellence and will likely lead to an increase in admissions.

Additionally, Alhaji Ahmed Yussuf Abubakar, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Yendi, expressed appreciation to Alhaji Musah and assured him that the facility will be well-maintained.

During the handover of the keys to the new facility, Shani Repairer, Afa Sualisu, Alhassan O.B, Chief Sab-Naa King Hassan, Mallam Baba Suaib, and Sheikh Zakaria, members of Alhaji Musah’s family and the school’s founder, reiterated the importance of the new facility in promoting education in the community.

The Faisalia Islamic School project was undertaken based on requests from the school’s alumni and the local community and aligns with Insaan Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility focus on education.
