Allegations of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and “grooming” have been made against music producer and businessman, Sean “Diddy” Combs, by a former employee.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Combs, filed a lawsuit in New York federal court, claiming that he was not compensated for his work and was forced to interact with sex workers. The lawsuit also accuses Combs of serving alcoholic beverages laced with drugs at parties.

Combs’ chief of staff, Universal Music Group CEO, former Motown CEO, and Combs’ son are also named as defendants in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs’ son solicited prostitutes and underage girls for parties, while his chief of staff ordered prostitutes and drugs for guests. The lawsuit also claims that sponsors of listening parties for Combs’ album were aware of alleged drugging of attendees.

Jones is seeking $30 million in damages. Combs’ attorney denies the allegations, calling Jones a liar and stating that there is proof to refute the claims.

Representatives for Combs’ son have also denied the allegations, stating that they are false and aimed at financial gain.

Jones alleges in the lawsuit that he was subjected to constant unsolicited touching and harassment. Combs is described as forceful and intimidating in the lawsuit, with allegations of engaging in illegal activities.

The lawsuit also includes claims of grooming by Combs, who allegedly encouraged Jones to watch inappropriate activities to ease his anxiety.

Combs is also accused of being liable for a sexual assault experienced by actor Cuba Gooding, Jr., in which Jones claims Combs was present during the assault.

In a previous lawsuit settlement with a former girlfriend, Combs denied the allegations of rape and abuse. However, more civil lawsuits have since been filed against him, with Combs maintaining his innocence and vowing to fight for his reputation.

The allegations and denials continue to unfold as the legal battle progresses.
